Japanese American Museum of San Jose presents the South Bay Premiere of "Kikan - The Homecoming" on Sat, October 26, 2019 at 1pm at Wesley United Methodist Church, 566 N 5th Street, San Jose.
A wartime promise takes Pvt. Jimmy Ibata of the 442nd RCT on a life-changing journey from the battlefields of Europe to San Francisco to complete his final mission of the war.
The all-Nikkei cast stars Ryan Takemiya (Valley of the Heart), Hiroshi Kashiwagi (Infinity & Chashu Ramen) and Chizu Omori (Rabbit in the moon).
The San Jose premiere will be followed by a Q&A session with members of the cast and crew. Runtime of the film is 40 minutes.
