Did you know that San Jose's Japantown is one of only three surviving Japantowns in the United States? Did you know that it is the only Japantown in its original location? Let a JAMSJ docent take you around to all the historic sites, from Dobashi's Market (one of the original businesses in Japantown) to the Buddhist Church (a temporary shelter for the Japanese Americans after they were released from the interment camps).
