Sake San Jose combines sake tasting with a walk through Historic Japantown in San Jose. The Yu-Ai Kai Senior Community Center hosted this benefit sake tasting event with Japantown's various businesses and restaurants, each offering a different tasting experience. JAMsj hosted a tasting station where special grades of sake, such as daiginjo, ginjo and junmai, were sampled. The event provided a great learning experience for connoisseurs and novices alike.
